RETURN POLICY
If the product is faulty or damaged on arrival, there is no set time limit for returns. However, we do require evidence (timestamped photographs or email contact) within three business days of delivery. Moreover, you will not be entitled to a refund if you misused the product or are aware of the problem before purchasing. Additionally we do not accept returns for change of mind.
CONDITION REPORT
We ask that you carefully read the condition report of items. As our furniture is vintage, there are often imperfections. We do however offer refunds is a product is not of acceptable quality, does not match the description or is not fit for purpose.
CHange of mind
We do not offer refunds for change of mind. If you are unhappy with the product - for instance it does not fit your space - please contact us to discuss the possibility of store credit. However we do not guarantee store credit will be issued.
