Sesann Sofa by Gianfranco Frattini for Cassina 1969. The Sesann sofa is considered one of Giafranco Frattini’s most iconic works, and is a coveted Italian design sofa. It is on permanent display at both the Museum of Modern Art MoMa and the Smithsonian design Museum. Made using walnut internal frame, cold foam internal cushioning and back rests of polyurethane. In 2015 design house Tacchini relaunched the Sesann to celebrate the design classic. This early production two-seater features russet brown alpaca velvet upholstery and a chrome tubular cage detailing.
