Stadio 100 table designed by Vico Magistretti for Artemide 1960. Made from compression-moulded resin with detachable legs it is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. Vico Magistretti designed the Stadio is one of the series of pieces conceptually influenced by "resistance of shape", an artistic endeavour into the newfound flexibility of thermo hardening resin. Historically significant, the Stadio table was awarded the Gold Medal at the Wiener Mobelsalons International in 1970 and is displayed in the MoMa permanent collection.
